- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR
   12 Credits in Early Childhood Education or CDA with 2   years experience in

    the child care field.

 - Related college-level course work or CDA course work preferred

 - CDA or working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

 - 12 Months of professional teaching experience preferred
 - Fun and happy person
 - Must possess sound judgment to handle crisis situations
 - Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Training

 - Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/
